I have helped Asus and Glints to develop teams using human-centered approach to develop innovation projects, and facilitated the development of several mixed-method user research teams consisting of qualitative and quantitative researchers, research ops personnel, and product analysts. Through cultivating strong partnerships across cross-functional teams, I foster an environment that stimulates idea generation and empowers all members to perform to their fullest potential.
