Challenge

Haoshi Foundation wanted to establish its accelerator program within six months, and finished the first program in the same year. The design included accelerator positioning, learning experiences, branding, and a space development plan.

Another challenge was that it was generally not easy for Taiwanese food and agriculture teams to raise funds. So we needed to find ways to help them raise funds effectively.

Finally the project needed to find smart ways to build brand awareness and trust to attract good teams.
